Most systems measure people and report the results to someone else. A funder, an institution, a payer. The person the measurement is about rarely sees it, and almost never owns it.
We build the inverse. Records that belong to the person they describe. Check-ins where the answer comes back. Progress that returns to whoever made it.
Veterans are where we started, because that's where the systems fail hardest and the record is most fragmented. It isn't where this stops.
